Q: Is there parking nearby?
A: Fuse Cinema has a free carpark on-site with 17 spaces and 2 accessible spaces.

Q: Do you sell snacks and drinks?
A: We have an on-site shop selling a variety of hot and cold drinks, popcorn, sweets and ice cream.

Q: Do you sell alcohol?
A: We don’t currently have an alcohol licence.

Q: Can I reserve seats?
A: Sorry we don’t make reservations but you can select your seats when booking online.

Q: Can ticket(s) already purchased be exchanged or returned?
A: No, sorry tickets can not be exchanged, and would only be refunded, where an event is cancelled (excluding any delivery charges/fees/handling fee – but including any donations or sundry items).

Q: Can I bring my own food and drink?
A: In order to help us keep ticket prices low, we politely request that patrons do not bring food or drink from elsewhere in to our auditorium. Our cinema shop stocks a large range of drinks and snacks at supermarket prices.

A: Sorry, we are currently only able to offer Saturday screenings.

Q: Can I hire the cinema for a private booking?

Q: Can you show a specific film?
A: We are often limited by the film distributers, but do try to show a variety of films. If you have any suggestions we’d love to hear from you.

Q: Do you accept credit/debit cards?
A: Yes.

Q: Do you accept CEA cards?
A: We aren’t part of the CEA scheme but are happy to honour them anyway for in person bookings (sadly we wen’t currently able to do this online).

Q: Do you do signed/subtitled/audio described screenings?
A: Not currently, but we are looking to do this in the future.
